Helping Leaders Become the Kind of People Others Want to Follow

Leadership is demanding.

Whether you're leading a crew, a department, an organization, or an executive team, the challenges are rarely just technical—they're personal.

Communication.

Delegation.

Accountability.

Conflict.

Decision-making.

Influence.

Culture.

These challenges often reflect something deeper.

Most leadership development focuses on what leaders do. We focus first on who leaders are becoming.

At IntegrityWorks Coaching and Training, we believe the way leaders lead others is ultimately a reflection of how they lead themselves.

That's why our coaching helps leaders grow from the inside out.

Our Coaching Philosophy

Leadership development isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about becoming the best version of yourself.

Our coaching is built around four foundational areas that influence every aspect of leadership.

Lead Yourself

Develop greater self-awareness, discipline, emotional intelligence, purpose, habits, and personal effectiveness.

Strengthen Relationships

Build trust, communicate with clarity, navigate conflict, and strengthen your influence.

Lead the Team

Delegate effectively, develop people, create accountability, and build a healthy team culture.

Continuous Improvement

Develop a lifelong commitment to learning, adaptability, feedback, and leadership growth.

What Coaching Looks Like

Every coaching engagement is customized to the individual leader and organization.

A typical coaching relationship includes:

• Monthly or twice-monthly coaching sessions

• Practical leadership application

• Accountability between sessions

• Leadership resources and teaching

• Reflection and action planning

• Ongoing support

Coaching sessions combine teaching, discussion, reflection, application, and accountability to create lasting behavioral change—not simply new knowledge.

Assessment Tools

When appropriate, coaching may incorporate leadership assessments to accelerate awareness and development.

These may include:

• Personal Capacity Assessment™

• Leadership Capacity Assessment™

• Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI® 360)

• Everything DiSC®

• The Five Behaviors®

Assessments are never the goal.

They are tools that help leaders better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and increase leadership effectiveness.

Is Leadership Coaching Right for You?

Leadership coaching is often the right next step if you're asking questions like:

• How can I become a more effective leader?

• How do I build greater trust with my team?

• Why do I struggle to delegate?

• How can I hold people accountable without micromanaging?

• How do I navigate difficult conversations more effectively?

• What is limiting my leadership effectiveness?

If these questions resonate with you, a coaching conversation is a great place to start.
