Founded over 15 years ago by Mike Greene, IntegrityWorks Coaching and Training is built on a passion for helping others achieve their goals while operating with faith-based values that prioritize family.

Mike is not only a trusted coach but also a sought-after trainer for organizations looking to strengthen leadership, people skills, and organizational effectiveness. His dynamic workshops and coaching experiences are designed to elevate individual and team engagement, drive performance, and create lasting impact.

He is the author of several successful leadership books—including 60 Second Time Out, 60 Second Leadership, 60 Second Perspective, and his newest release, 60 Second Success (published by WestBow Press, Spring 2025)—with over 75,000 copies sold worldwide. His writing inspires personal and professional growth through practical, actionable insights.

Outside of his work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Amy, celebrating over 35 years of marriage, and their family. Both Amy and Mike enjoy indoor and outdoor boulder climbing, hiking, and their favorite annual family vacation in the beautiful Canaan Valley, West Virginia.
